Agreement between seller and JVSaas

1. Agreement
This Agreement governs the relationship between the Seller and the Platform regarding the sale of the Product on the Platform. By signing this Agreement, the Seller agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Product Listing
•	The Seller agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Product, including its features, benefits, and limitations.
•	The Seller will ensure that the product listing on the Platform have documentation, tutorials, support and customer service.

3. Commission
•	JVsaas will receive a commission 35% on each sale of the product on the platform.
•	Seller will received 65% after 30-days refund policy
•	5%-20% will be credited to seller after each sale surpass 1-year from date end-user purchased.
•	JVsaas will remit the commission to the Seller using PayPal.

4. Refund Policy
•	The Seller agrees to comply with JVsaas refund policy, as outlined in the Platform's terms of service.
•	JVsaas will process refunds for eligible purchases in accordance with our refund policy.
•	The seller's commission will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property
•	The seller must be the original owner of the software or an agency with a subaccount or have white-label software to be listed on JVsaas.

6. Representations and Warranties
•	The Seller represents and warrants that: 
o	The Seller has the right to offer and sell the Product.
o	The Product does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
o	The Seller will provide adequate customer support for the Product.

7. Termination
•	Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause, including breach of contract or material misrepresentation.
•	Upon termination, the Seller will cease offering the Product on the Platform.

8. Governing Law
•	This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Entire Agreement
•	This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Amendments
•	Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
