Initiating a case without allowing us the opportunity to review may result in permanent blacklisting. Frequent refund or exchange requests may lead to account limitations or termination.

Exchange to Store Credit:

In the context of group purchases, we may suggest exchanging your item for store credit. This ensures a swift resolution and is equitable for both parties.

Refund Abuse:

We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases of potential abuse, including instances where:

– You don’t find the product satisfactory after downloading.
– The item does not meet your expectations.
– You change your mind post-purchase.
– The item was bought mistakenly.
– You lack the expertise to use the item.
– Access is lost due to item removal.


Our warranty period extends for one year if the product cannot login anymore, mean the main developer was discontinued. Within this timeframe, we offer exchanges or store credit based on the duration of use. After one year, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Unsolved Defects:

For unsolvable defects, a refund may be considered. This is applicable strictly for cases where defects cannot be resolved.


Customers initiating disputes or chargebacks without allowing us sufficient time for assistance will face permanent termination of support and license access and may be blacklisted.

Ethical Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be valid. Unjustified requests may result in a dispute with the payment gateway, supported by evidence proving the request’s invalidity.

Frequent buying and refunding is against our guidelines. Violators may experience account limitations or termination.
